Founder of LD Lowe Wealth Advisory Recognized for Long-Standing Commitment and Support
DALLAS (March 26, 2014)—The DFW Chapter of AT&T Community NETwork, the association of African-American telecommunications professionals of AT&T, recently honored Lloyd Lowe Sr., founder of LD Lowe Wealth Advisory, with the distinguished “Above and Beyond” Award.
The Above and Beyond Award was established to acknowledge and express the DFW Chapter of Community NETwork’s deepest appreciation to those individuals who have made a significant impact on the organization’s success as a direct result of their ongoing dedication and support, according to the organization.
Mr. Lowe was chosen as the recipient of this award for demonstrating, over a significant period of time his dedication to the goals and purpose of the Community NETwork organization and his commitment to ensuring its continued success as a strong Employee Resource Group of AT&T. Mr. Lowe and his firm provided both financial and volunteer support, including support for large fundraising events over the years.
During her introductory speech at the dinner where the award was announced, a vice president of the DFW Chapter of Community NETwork said of Mr. Lowe, “[his] heart knows no boundaries.”
“We have always greatly valued our relationship with the amazing volunteers who are part of the Community NETwork and we are honored to be part of their mission,” said Lloyd Lowe. “Receiving this award was a wonderful surprise and very humbling. I am extremely grateful.”
